Video

We realised that video was a problem last year and we had to refine the process of how to deal with it. Converting it to more formats Better system of storing Better system of processing

Tomi suggested that we look at Chaos Computer Club Congress since they seem to have had a very good process

We are planning to look at what they did and see what we can learn from it

We will also try to get the video up as soon as possible so that people can always see what they are missing out and catch up. Even if the quality is not perfect.

We are also thinking about a Highlights-Of-The-Day video every day ...

We are going to make some changes to the site

We are actually thinking about building a site dedicated to the summit

Simplifying the process

Providing some static information (logistics etc.)

And having a dynamic site with RSS feeds (flickr/youtube/technorati etc.)

Probably ony have 4 or 5 people doing reporting (we had 30 in Dubrovnik). We encourage the community to still blog and participate, but we will work more directly with a smaller group and focus on planning.

We started pulling together a todo list as well
