Open Items as of 12/5: 1) SC tasks:

         - create payment due timeline (for iCommons - updated on google docs)

2) Loftwork tasks:

         - finalize specs & regulation with artist
         - create logo images for website

3) iCommons tasks:

         - dir. contact Loftwork regarding Loftwork account
         - coordinate with Loftwork for logo images for website

-Logo to be available for website by the end of December

-Design template to be created by LoftWork within December

(template made with Powerpoint, regulation of how the logo should be used in creatives)

-Design regulation to be created by Loftwork by January

-Design of creatives

   -posters design to be finished by the end of February (will be displayed from March)

   -navigation signs and banners etc to be finished by early June

• DESIGN*

-Basic design will be made from Ainu design, by Kaizawa-san alone

(cf, Kaizawa-san's work in the past - http://sikerpe.jp/new.html)

-Kaizawa-san and the Ainu people thinks that it is difficult to have students involved in Ainu logos as they do not understand the history and the rules

-Loftwork will be doing quality management as an advisor

• ROLES*

-SC will take initiative on getting the creatives listed up (programs, guide signs, banners etc)

-Loftwork will manage the design and creatives

-SC will order to the printing company in Sapporo

-SC will Loftwork take care of the price quotes involved (from Loftwork and printing company etc), and confirm with iCommons and CCJP especially for the budget.

• LOFTWORK'S ROLE*

-Loftwork will be giving advise on the creative management as "advisor" (will not be paid)

(look and feel vs concept, make sure each creative has sense of unity)

-Loftwork will help on PR, workshop -Loftwork will be paid for the creative work (such as creating the brochure, etc) however will work on the students of Sapporo City Univ etc to collaborate with SC as well as work on cost performance.
