Commitments

These are the commitments that people made in person at the end of the workshop. Some were missed out in the note taking process, but these will be checked against the video for accuracy. Daniela, Kevin, Paula and Anna, you don't seem to be here... please add yours.
Tomislav Medak- Registration system, artists in residence, video.
Fred Benenson - Soliciting feedback from the community, help organise the facilitator thing.
Paul Keller - help drawing up the initial letter to the community, I will find video space, ensure that there is enough overlap.
Ronaldo Lemos - Help with scholarship process, Work on fundraising, Collaborate with as many artists as possible.
Kerryn McKay - I will do registration, I will help with the scholarship process, I will do the floorplan.
Paul - I will deal with the legal issues that will come up, I will promote on the social web, I will help with the scholarship stuff.
Sarah - Help with programme diversity, logistics and work on the sustainability plan.
Allison - Content curation, sustainability plan, I will help organise disability access for the venue.
Andrew Rens - Work with Dave Duarte in producing the first version of digg/muti stuff.
Dave Duarte - Facilitation and facilitation guidelines.
Max - Create and facilitate online conversation, online PR, draw in interesting questions pre, during and after. Identify people who will be great as donors and funders and angel fundraising.
Rebecca Kahn - I will work on the iCommons annual. I will work on the LGCG panel and project. I will work with volunteer translation coordinators.
James Cairns - I will make this document coherent and make sure that it is online.
JC - Involved in the registration system. Involved in the iSummit 08 page. Hands on technical support at the venue.
Eve Gray - Communications planning from a strategic point of view. Focus on sustainability. Involvement with the industry and traditional copyright organisations.
Zunelle Cairns - help organise artists in residence, media liaison, post-event documentation.
Kevin Driscoll - To reach out to the commoners who don't yet know that they are commoners in creative communities. To help design and organise the unprogrammed spaces. To provide feedback to people submitting proposals for the programmed areas.
Daniela Faris - getting a Summit site up and running by end of February, coordinating a team of committed media content creators to effectively document the Summit in different formats: photos, text, video and audio/podcasts. To coordinate discussions about the Summit on social networking sites - to get the word out!
Paula Martini - To get involved on documentation process. To help creating awareness in social networks like Orkut. To try, on Brazilian side, to help bringing Gilberto Gil's concert to Sapporo
Kiruba Shankar - a) I will produce audio and video podcasts of the event and profile iCommoners. b)Spread awareness about iSummit amongst Indian media.
Anna Berthold - Work to coordinate Second Life component of the summit. Help with general programming of the summit.
